We currently ship exclusively to the 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska. Please note that we do not ship to U.S. territories.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE for all U.S. orders in the contiguous 48 states. Rates and delivery times for Alaska and Hawaii may vary. Exact shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Typical transit time ranges from 3 to 5 business days. After placing an order, you'll receive a tracking number via email once the label is printed. This tracking number will become active once the courier has dispatched your order.

What is the max weight capacity of the Bug Beater™ 2.0?

Our chairs will safely hold up to 350 lbs.

Will the bug net keep out midges and other tiny flying insects?

Yes, absolutely. Our netting is woven extra fine to block even the smallest insects. Some photos may show prototype or 3D-rendered netting that appears less fine to improve visibility, but rest assured, the netting on our chairs uses an ultra-fine weave for maximum protection.

How does the bug net stay flat on the ground? Can't bugs still get underneath?

Nope! The bug net is made extra-long specifically for this reason. Additionally, our chairs come with four tent stakes to ensure the net remains tightly secured to the ground, preventing any flying insects from getting underneath.

What type of environment is the Bug Beater™ best suited for?

The Bug Beater™ is ideal for any outdoor setting—be it the beach, campground, backyard, park, or soccer field sidelines. Wherever bugs are present, our chairs provide perfect protection.

What's the difference between the Original Bug Beater™ and the Bug Beater™ 2.0?

While the original Bug Beater is no longer available, there are several key improvements in the Bug Beater 2.0:

#1. Enhanced durability with reinforced grommets, now supporting up to 350 lbs. (Up from the previous 300 lbs max)

#2. Bigger beverage cooler, fitting up to 5 cans with ice. (Up from the 3 can max)

#3. Added our signature orange trim and refreshed logo for enhanced branding.

Can the Bug Beater™ be used without the bug netting?

Yes, absolutely. The Bug Beater™ is designed to adapt to your surroundings. Its bug net is fully detachable, and the sunshade can be adjusted up or down, allowing for flexible use under various conditions.

Can I buy the netting by itself without the chair?

Our signature bug netting is designed and tailored specifically for use with our chair and is not sold separately. It is custom-fit and will not work with other chair models. At this time, we only offer the netting as part of the complete chair package.

What if I receive the chair and there's something wrong with it or I don't like it? Can I get a refund?

Yes, absolutely. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our chairs, please send a message to info@bugbeaterchairs.com within 30 days of your purchase date, and we will issue you a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.
